实验动物中心作为我校公共创新服务平台的子平台之一，对我校生命科学/生命医学及其相关学科的发展方面起到重要支撑作用。实验动物设施是实验动物研究平台的重要组成部分和载体，设施调试和验收是设施建设阶段的延申，链接施工装饰与移交使用。为保证实验动物设施能够安全/稳定/可靠地投入运行，公共创新服务平台特举办研究型实验动物设施的建设和调试座谈会。

超过 15 年动物实验室建设、运营管理以及临床前药理研究经验。曾主持多家跨国药企研发中心动物实验室的建设以及运营，如：诺华、阿斯利康、百济神州等。参与多个 FIC 新药的临床前体内药理和转化医学的研究，其中数个已进入全球临床试验的不同阶段。2020 年创立英崴沃（上海）生物科技有限公司，建立国内首家跨国药企标准的 SPF 实验动物平台，致力于为医药创新企业提供高质量的生命科学实验室解决方案。目前担任上海市实验动物学会常务理事、上海市实验动物学会伦理福利专委会主任委员；作为上海市实验动物管理委员会专家组成员，参与实验动物许可证的现场评审；国际实验动物评估和认可委员会 AAALAC 检查专家；曾为国内多家知名生物医药企业提供动物实验室规划咨询服务。
15+ years’ experience of animal laboratory engineering, operation and drug pre-clinical pharmacology. Lead multiple animal laboratories projects engineering and operation of MNC pharma R&D sites, e.g. AstraZeneca, Novartis, BeiGene, etc. Participated in several FIC drugs pre-clinical pharmacology and translational medicine discovery, the drugs of which have proceeded to different stages of clinical trial. As the core founder, found INVIVO (Shanghai) Biotech Co., Ltd. in 2020, set the first 3rd -party animal platform with top MNC pharma standard in China, to be committed to providing high quality of life science laboratories for innovation biotech companies.Serve as executive council member of Shanghai Laboratory Animal Science Association (SLASA), Chairman of laboratory animal ethic and welfare sub-committee of SLASA. As member of Advisory Committee of Shanghai Laboratory Animal Administrative Commission, participates onsite audits for animal facility license approval. Serve as ad hoc of AAALACi in Pacific Rim.As consultant, provided consultation service of designing and planning for multiple top biomedical corporates.
